Eat the Tate Modern...all 80,000 sugar cubes of it!

A scale model of London's Tate Modern gallery has been made - entirely out of 80,000 sugar cubes - as part of the London Festival of Architecture 2010. And the the newest building on Bankside, NEO Bankside, has also got the sucrose treatment from Northern Irish artist Brendan Jamison.
